This Session runs July 2 - Aug 6. THIS CLASS IS 2:15PM. Please disregard any other time listings. Engage in authentic Tai Chi and Qigong. Learn the deeper internal aspects of Tai Chi to support mental well-being, improve body mechanics and power, decrease pain, and improve balance. All levels are welcome. Taught by Susan Thompson, OTR, in a fun and engaging way. No equipment needed. Held in various locations throughout TV including the wellness center. Improve your life. Do Tai Chi.

Cancellation Policy
Tai Chi and Qigong are a gentle form of exercise. It is recommended you check with your physician prior to beginning any new exercise. By enrolling you are accepting any and all liability and understand it is your responsibility to maintain a safety for yourself and those around you. This class runs for six weeks. Refunds up to two weeks prior are allowed. Once class has started there are no refunds, no prorations or credits towards other classes. Another person can attend in your place, however. If the instructor misses a class, or weather causes a class cancelation, that class will be made up on the 7th week.
