Refine your understanding and development of the internal aspects of Tai Chi, including the elements taught in Susan’s online courses and book: Structure, Song, and Fascia Connection and Qi Cultivation.
Receive hands-on instruction and individualized feedback to improve your ability to feel, apply, and integrate these principles within your own Tai Chi practice. We will explore how structure, release, internal expansion, whole-body connection, and fascia work together to create a more connected Tai Chi body, resulting in effortless power and ease.
Each workshop is designed for experienced Tai Chi practitioners and teachers who want to move beyond external form and deepen their understanding of how Tai Chi works from the inside out as well as beginners who want to build a deep foundation to start their Tai Chi journey.
Come prepared to explore, experiment, ask questions, and experience these principles directly in your own body.
